Description

This function parses the input file containing the parameters and creates the data structures to run other interfaces.

Syntax

[ Opt, param ] = parseInput( filename )

Parameters
filename	A string of the input filename.

Return
Opt	The structure Opt containing the computational parameters.
param	Stucture containing the physical parameters of the system. For details see structure param.
